Operating throughout Southern, East and West Africa, we have substantial project and programme management experience and an infrastructure and resource model that allows us to work on several projects simultaneously. Backed by solid administrative support, we draw on our core team of internal professionals as well as our extensive network of external associates—these include scientists, social scientists, economists and policy experts, among others. This allows for a well-coordinated and flexible response to client needs. At any given time, we may be at work on a number of projects, commissioned at local, national and regional level, and with budgets that range from medium to large.
