- Economic feasibility analysis
- Land procurement, land use planning and land rehabilitation
- Negotiations with neighbouring farms, communities and parks
- Procurement of a selection of wildlife that can be habituated in the area
- Development of park infrastructure
- Socio-economic analysis and community engagement
