Details: OneWorld led a team to Rwanda to engage with private and public stakeholders along a number of value chains. Our particular areas of focus were coffee, tea, horticulture and pyrethrum – with a view to developing a strategy for a five year USAID funded development programme.

Having developed the strategy, we then drafted the technical proposal for submission to the donor and interviewed potential employees to staff the programme.
