The model on which our working strategy is built is that of a full-time core team, complemented by a larger consortium of consultants who are called upon as and when the need for a particular skill or field of expertise arises. This model has worked successfully for nearly a decade now, and along the way we have met and worked with many exceptional talents. After all this time, we can spot talent a mile away.

Making the most of and expanding upon our current networks, OneWorld’s newly established recruitment arm forms a natural extension to the services it already offers.
